Return Policy

We understand that you wont be able to try our garments on before purchasing, that's why we encourage you to find the perfect garment for yourself by allowing you to exchange or store credit. However, all items must be returned within 7 days of purchase date for Australia orders, 14 days for international orders. You will need to cover the return shipping charge. Original postage fee is not added to your credit.

Purchasing our products means you have accepted our terms and conditions. You have also accepted the possibility of slight variation of colour and site specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor setting.

If you wish to return an item you must email us as soon as you receive the items at;

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange any online purchase for another style or different style, please send the unwanted garment back to us within 7 days from the arrival date for Australian orders, and 14 days from arrival date for international orders. We will issue you a credit note via email to make a new order through www.kristinab.com.au

Original shipping charge is not added to your credit note because we can't put any garment on hold so if you would like to purchase something else or exactly the same item with different colour / size, you are required to purchase it by placing a new order. 

DISCOUNT CODES

Return items will be accepted by us once, except sale codes (non-sale items). The credit note we are providing will be the last credit note for this order. Once you have used this credit note, we are unable to take any more returns back.

STORE CREDIT

  • Return items can be issued as an online store credit to the customer to allow you to revisit out site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size provided it is available. Return items are processed within 5 business days of receiving your item.
  • You will receive an email with details of the store credit.
  • Online store credit issued via online can only be used online.
  • Credit note is not to be used in conjunction with any other offers. e.g. cannot be used with discount codes "sale20" etc.
  • Online store credit is valid for 1 year from issue date.
  • Please keep in mind, with store credit Kristina B does not cover the shipping cost.
  • Once you have used your credit note we are unable to accept any further returns on this order, unless deemed faulty. Please feel free to contact our sales team via email sales@kristinab.net

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Sale or discounted items, items are bought through discount codes, vouchers, online credit note, jewellery, intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, scarf & beanies, sunglasses, beauty products.

Custom made Kristina B Gowns are made to order and created exclusively for each unique customer, we are not obliged to accept returns unless they are faulty. We want your Kristina B garment to be perfect, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or you think it is faulty, we will create a replacement garment for you. Please let us know in writing as soon as possible at sales@kristinab.net stating your order number (you will find this on your invoice) and what is unsatisfactory with your order.

HOW TO USE CREDIT NOTE:

Please enter the voucher code at check out after PayPal & shipping prior to final confirmation, remember to click apply before confirming your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • We will not accept any item for return, which were received past 7 days from delivery for Australian orders, 14 days for international orders.
  • The items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and free from odour, deodorant, make up & tan. Please take due care when trying on your order. All items are quality checked prior to sending to ensure stitching is in tact.
  • Please note if you damage a garment after wearing it such as splitting seams, zip breaks because of ware and tare, we cannot accept garments back for return.
  • If you use airmail (international orders) or non express post within Australia your parcel will be arrived at our office later than returned time frame. Kristina B has the right to refuse your parcel, your parcel will be sent back to you.
  • We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or if we do not have a replacement. Postage on faulty orders will be applied as credit to your account.
  • If the return item/s does not meet the above standards, Kristina B has the right to deny.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are carefully inspected before being sent out to our customers to guarantee a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. Refunds: We are happy to replace, repair or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault or otherwise visible faults. Note, it can take up to 5 business days to process refunds.

Please take care sending as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer refunds on lost parcels. We highly recommend using traceable return postage.

GARMENT CARE

Kristina B garments should be hand washed separately only in warm water with very mild soap. Do not machine wash. Do not bleach, dry clean, iron, wring or tumble dry. Avoid harsh chemicals, oils, lotions and rough surfaces. Drip dry in shade.

PAYMENTS

Kristina B accepts payment via PayPal. This allows you to pay securely online using your credit card, debit card or a verified bank account. PayPal is a fast and efficient way of transacting, which guarantees your privacy and security of your personal and financial information. In using PayPal, your bank/credit details are never accessible to Kristina B.
